Denim Daze

Today was such a good day. It wasn't necessarily sunny, in fact it was pouring catsanddogs. It wasn't a lazy-do-nothing-day, in fact it was insanely busy. But it was an awesome day nonetheless. My classes were interesting, I was efficient with my errands, and I was just in an all-around good mood (with or without this dreaded cold). But I mean it. Nothing could stop me today. Not even the fact that I was on the phone with my bank for half an hour and was transfered to four different departments eight times, or the fact that my order for mass amounts of hot chocolate and coffee from food services was forty minutes late. I made a conscious effort to stay positive throughout the day, and to take things as they come, and it worked. The power of positive thinking = Amazing. You should try it some time. Seriously.

I also got to see my mom today for the second day in a row (we had tandem pedicures together yesterday)! And I baked six dozen cookies.  And I'm getting more and more excited for my trip to Ontario for which I leave in less than THREE DAYS! In the mean time, you can expect a few more posts from me in the next few days, including a 30 for 30 update closer to the tail end of the week.
