So. I just killed my camera by knocking it off my desk while the lens was open. Dangit.
I recognize that it wasn't the world's best camera to begin with, but it was something to take pictures with at least. It doesn't look like it can be fixed, but I'll get it checked out just to be sure.
Although this sucks, I'm choosing to take it as a sign that maybe I just need a new camera that can give me better picture quality. Considering this, I think I've decided to not go off on an adventure over the break I have this week {sorry, Seattle} and instead save my pennies and start researching new camera choices.
So, Universe, although I really didn't need all these lemons, I'm choosing to make lemonade with them anyway.
